Lillian Sullivan, LMT
Licensed Massage Therapist Lillian practices Swedish Massage Therapy, Medical/Clinical Sports Massage, Myofascial Release, Active Release Technique / Upper Extremity, Therapeutic Exercise & Client Education, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation and Hot Stone Massage.
She's experienced in developing personalized treatment plans around clients’ specific needs and possesses an intuitive ability to assess patient soft tissue conditions, joint quality and function, muscle strength, and range of motion. She also pays close attention to each individual’s medical history and treatment plans from other providers.
At OPA, she works closely with physical therapists, physicians and physician assistants to ensure all facets of the treatment plan are in sync.
Ms. Sullivan is a lifelong Alaskan, former volunteer basketball coach, and the 2015 Miss Anchorage. Today when not working on her clients' muscles, she's working her own — hiking, camping, fishing, snowboarding and exploring all Alaska has to offer with family and friends.
